GMT Watches

The term 'GMT' stands for Greenwich Mean Time. GMT designates epochs and avoids confusing references to local time zones. GMT refers to the start of an astronomical day, which begins at noon at longitude (0°), according to scientific tradition. Longitude 0 is the starting point on the 24-hour international timezone scale.
To keep track of two timezones, simply set the GMT hand to your 'Current Home Time.' Next, pull the crown out to the third position, which moves the GMT hand. Finally, move the GMT hand until it matches your Home 24 Hour Time. Three PM would be 15:00, for example.
