If your watch is malfunctioning or something is broken, please let us know.
First check whether the damage is covered by our warranty and if the warranty period hasn’t expired yet. If your purchase is still covered by the warranty, it will be repaired without any costs. The only thing you have to do is to fill in this Fromanteel Return Form. When you live outside the Netherlands, please contact us on service@fromanteel.nl.

NOTE: sending your purchase to us for a repair or replacement isn’t free; you have to pay the price for sending a package. If you send us the package make sure it’s well packed and you add your proof of purchase for the warranty. If there are any questions, feel free to send us an email on service@fromanteel.nl.
