It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-5 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The return must be made within 30 days after the receipt of the payment order. Make sure the return form is filled in completely (!) and properly. Unstamped or not sufficiently stamped return envelopes will be refused. Exchange / return of an item (s) may can only occur once per order. Fromanteel will credit/ pay or refund the outstanding amount within 14 days after full completion of the return form.

Repairs & Maintenance
We don’t guarantee super fast repairs, but good ones. Repairs can take 1-3 weeks time (after we’ve received the product) depending on the damage;
When a repair is not covered by warranty and when it’s clear what the issue is, you will receive a price indication in advance of the repair.
When it’s not clear what the defect is, we will send you a quotation after feedback is given from our service center. It’s up to you to decide whether to go ahead with the repair or not.
If not, all costs made for shipping and research will have to be paid by the customer.
Dust and dirt tend to collect in gaps in the back of the case or band, so clean the watch occasionally. For the case: use a toothbrush with soapy water and a soft cloth for drying.
Avoid contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetic products, since they may damage the bracelet, the case or the gaskets.
Avoid speakers or refrigerators, since these have strong magnetic fields.
Avoid shocks whether thermal or other. Avoid temperatures above 60°C (140°F), below 0°C (32°F) or extreme temperature changes. For the Chronograph: do not operate the pushers under water in order to prevent water entering the mechanism.
Store your watch in a dry place when not using it.
Replace an empty battery as soon as possible. This can be done at a regular jewel- and watches store. ‘End of Life’ indication: when the second hand jumps every 4 seconds, the battery should be changed in the next 2-3 weeks.
All our products have a warranty of 2 years. You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.
Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

Yes, your Fromanteel watch can withstand 5ATM of pressure, which is water resistant up to 50 meters.
That does not mean that you can swim as deep as 50 meters below the surface, as long as you want and as often as you want, and experience no problems with the watch.
This is the most common misconception of what water-resistant means.The ISO testing procedures are rigorous, but it doesn't involve someone diving 50 meters below the surface and then checking the time. Instead, it's a pressure test in our laboratory that's comparable to static water pressure, coupled with immersing in 10 centimeters of water for one hour. The official measurement is atmosphere (ATM), which is equal to 10 meters of static water pressure.
Keep in mind that our watches often come in contact with water pressure that is anything but static. A wave breaking on you at the beach, a garden hose being sprayed on you, jumping off a high dive into the pool —all of these things cause a large amount of water pressure to come in contact with your watch, if only for a split-second.
Also, a leather strap would be quickly worn off if its exposed to salty sea water or soapy (dish/shower) water to often.

Yes. Calendar functions must not be altered between 11.30PM (23:30h) to 5.30AM (05:30h) because automatic changes are in progres at these times. Pressing the correctors during these times might cause movement damage.

No problem. Sometimes it happens that the chronograph doesn’t start or stop at zero. The most common reason is that the center crown of the watch was pulled-out during normal use by your jacket’s sleeve or a little invisible ‘watch-gnome’ got to play with your watch when you didn’t look. Anyways, there’s a very easy way to solve this problem:
Pull-out the center crown in its third position (all out).
Keep both push buttons pressed in simultaneously till the hand turns 360 degrees. The corrective mode is now activated.
Press the top pusher till the hand is in its correct position.
When you push the lower pusher, the corrective mode now moves to the hour counter hand.
Pushing the lower pusher again, the corrective mode will move to the minute counter hand.
When you are finished, just push the center crown to its original position. You’re ready to go!

Each watch has a different movement. In our watches we use both Swiss ETA and Swiss Ronda movements. ETA was founded in 1793 and at the moment one of the world’s largest movement manufacturers in the world. However, founded later than ETA (1946), Ronda movements are of equal quality and often offer other exciting functionalities to our watches. Most of our movements are accurate Quartz ones and run on a battery. Our Pendulum line of watches are fully mechanical.
Depending on your watch model and the intensity of use of the functions of the movement, a battery should run for at least 1 year and at best 5 years. Watch repair centres or jewellers can often provide that service for you. You can also choose to send the watch to us. However, service costs will be charged.
